Workshop for youth and adults, which is based on knowledge in areas of contemporary dance, yoga, kinesiology and martial arts. Throughout the sessions exercises and low-impact cardiovascular activation are shared, leading to breathing and concentration dynamics that contribute to the overall health of the participants and community relationship. This workshop has been shared in different rural communities in the State of Yucatan and art schools interested in sharing the project with their students.
Intending to contribute to the enhancement of the body as an essential part of physical and mental health of children, giving special emphasis to the value of the movement as a cultural heritage, INAMM shares the workshop with children from different communities of elementary education. During the workshop, the team seeks to provide concrete movement and self-observation tools that children can apply to everyday life. Generating dynamics that strengthen confidence in themselves and their companions, enhancing creative, sensory and communication skills.
